Weekly Harmony Map —see the whole gentle week at a glance

SakuraFlow includes three weekly plan archetypes below plus one fully filled sample—meals, tea, and movement woven without rigidity.

Three weekly plan styles

Plan A — Still Water Week

Repeat three core dinners (noodle soup, grain bowl, steamed fish + greens), rotate lunches between salad jars and onigiri, tea anchors at 10:00 / 15:00 / 21:00, movement: daily 7-minute hip flow.

Plan B — Commuter Ribbon Week

Batch Sunday: two sauces + washed veg. Weekday breakfasts portable, teas in thermos, dinners fast steam. Movement: stairwell + neck mist after transit.

Plan C — Creative Sprint Week

Protect lunch breaks as studio time with light plates. Afternoon tea marks “review hour.” Evenings shorter cooking, longer reading per Evening Reset.

Weekly scene

Daily scene: Sunday evening, Jun sticks neon washi tape on their paper planner—pink for tea, green for walks, lavender for batch cooking. The week looks like a stationery anime opening: hopeful, organised, human.

How to use the Weekly Harmony Map

Start by copying only the snacks/tea column; once stable, add dinners. Photograph your version or mirror it in the tracker. Adjust Saturday/Sunday first—weekends teach you what weekdays can tolerate.

Example routines: (1) Grocery list sorted by store layout left-to-right matching the table columns. (2) Friday “review sip”: one cup of tea while noting what felt heavy and what felt light—no fixing, only witnessing.
